Sean Vega

Sean Vega is the Program Coordinator and Battery Arranger for the WGI Independent World Class Champion Riverside Community College. Since RCC’s inaugural visit to WGI World Championships in 2002, the ensemble has only placed out of the top 2 twice and has won the Gold Medal four times. RCC is also home to the world-renowned Marching Tigers. This ensemble has been a regular guest at Bands of America Grand National Championships, and has appeared in numerous television commercials, television shows, and movies.

Sean also served as a member of the prestigious percussion staff of the 15 time DCI Champion Concord Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps from 1998 to 2007. The Blue Devils is also where he served as a member of the tenor line from 1994 to 1997. In those years he helped the corps win three DCI Championships, three High Percussion Awards and the Multi-Tenor Individual Title in 1995.

As an arranger, composer, and choreographer, Sean’s list of credits include the award winning SeaWorld production entitled “Riptide”; and entertainment provided for a long list of distinguished companies such as Rite Aid, Mazda, Peoplesoft, Cisco, Wells Fargo, Jaguar, National Basketball Association, and the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon.

Educational credits include Associate of Arts from Riverside Community College in 2002 and Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from California State University San Bernardino in 2005.
